CALL OR TEXT OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Call or text our service department before making your way to Go RV Winnipeg. Once you give us direction for what type of service you need we will give you instructions for a safe drop off of your RV.
DROP OFF YOUR RV IN THE FRONT PARKING LOT OF OUR DEALERSHIP
Our trained Service Staff will give you instructions to drop off your RV in front of our dealership.
DROP OFF YOUR KEYS + A NOTE THAT INCLUDES THE MAKE AND MODEL OF YOUR TRAILER
You will be given instructions to drop off your keys and a note which includes the make and model of your trailer. There is a dropbox on the side of our building that will secure your keys inside of our building. The note will help identify which RV belongs to you!
WE WILL ADD YOUR RV TO OUR REPAIR SCHEDULE
At this point, after your RV has been stored for 14 days, your RV will be loaded into the shop queue and will be worked on as soon as possible.
OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL CALL OR TEXT YOU WHEN YOUR RV IS READY FOR PICKUP!
Depending on your preferred method of contact somebody from our Service Team will call or text you when your RV is ready for pick-up!
